I did CPR until the ambulance arrived. At the hospital they cooled him down X 24 hrs then warmed him up. No brain activity. When he died at home his color (face) was normal and stayed normal. However when we turned the ventilator off he immediately turned purple aNd appeared under stress. The Drs there did tell us he had Gram + bacteria in his blood. Why the difference in the face color?
