General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is not cervical spondylitis, seems like spondylosis. The reason is improper positioning while working in computer. Keep the level of Screen at the level of eyes. Also, advised is to get up from chair for 1 to 2 min every half an hour. Muscle relaxants/other symptomatic management many help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saurabh Vijay, General & Family Physician
