What Causes Calf Muscle Cramps During Masturbation?

I was just masturbating, and then had to stop because my right calf muscle cramped up and was excruciatingly painful. I just tried to relax but my muscle was as hard as a rock, and then eventually got better but now it is really sore if I stretch it. What's wrong?

Dear service user,
Thank you for writing.
I understand your concern.
Masturbation itself is a healthy part of sexual enjoyment and does not have any adverse effect on your muscle. It does not cause muscle spasm.
Calf muscle cramps may be due to sudden spasm. It is an independent problem and does not have any relationship with masturbation.
If you have recurrent spasms / cramps then consult orthopedics surgeon.
Otherwise, nothing to get worried about.
Wish you good health
