What Causes Buzzing Sound In Ears When Tired?

i get a chuuuuuuu type sound in my right year when ever i feel sleepy or tired. it started 2years ago. at that time it was only in the evening it intimates as it a tea time or rest time, as soon as it evening it stars sounding. but now it dosnt hav any time, in nite afternun evng. plz suggest me. thank u

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of buzzing sound in ears when tired which isn't a condition itself but it's a symptom of an underlying condition, such as temporomandibular dysfunction, a circulatory system disorder along with stress and anxiety.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination and to find out exact cause. Doctor may order certain tests like audiological test, otoscopic examination and high and low pitched tests. Doctor may prescribe alprazolam, tricyclic antidepressants and devices like hearing aids and masking devices. You should avoid touching or pricking ear.
