Hi, everytime I breathe normally I get like a butterfly feeling in my chest(heart) If feels like I am going to have a heart attack an I can't go to sleep. Also I have been having trouble breathing but it just came out of nowhere. I'm only 14 an I'm freaking out.
Hi thanks for asking question. Mostly your symptoms seems to be related to stress.Excess anxiety can lead panic attack and chest pain like symptoms with difficult breathing.Try to avoid stress and if possible you can do regular exercise that will be helpful.
Second you also just rule out gastric problems like acid reflux and treated accordingly.Because gastric problem can lead reffered chest pain like feeling.
Try to avoid negative thoughts.
Any unaccoustemed activity can lead muscular strain and such symptoms can occur.
But still to rule out cardiac problems ECG will be helpful.chest x ray and CBC also helpful.
Wish you good health.
