What Causes Burping And Back Ache?
Good evening , I am with my aunt of 83yrs who out of the blue is c/o severe burping and a dull ache across her mid back , am I putting the horse before the cart if I suspect an aneurysm? no sharp pain , she is pale and not clammy. Describes the pain as constant thankyou for your assistance

burping with constant dull ache in upper abdomen is consistent with GERD
Make her sit upright or head end elevation
Give her antacids with tab pantoprazole 40 me
plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
