What Causes Burning While Urinating After Having Unprotected Sex?

i had unprotected sex like three weeks ago ever since i feel a burn when urinating i went and got tested and i never herd back from the doc. well recently my testicles have been feeling a lil uncomfort and on my tip of the fore skin is really dry (when i pull back you could see a ring of dryness and where it is tight(squeezing) my penis

I have gone through your query. The ring like dryness you see on your penis is most likely fungal infection. If you send a picture of it i can comment about it more. As you have burning while urination and discomfort on penis ,STDs like gonorrhoea and chlamydia should be ruled out. Urine tests are available in most labs for that. Otherwise can do swab collected from urethra for this. You should also go for a HIV Duo test on 28 th day of exposure which should be repeated again after 3 months of exposure also. HbsAg and VDRL tests should be done for hepatitis B and syphilis after finishing of 1 month of exposure. Genital herpes 1 and 2 serological test after 3 month of exposure also should be done. Hope this may help you.
