Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic. I can understand your concern. By your history and description, possibility of bronchitis and allergy related symptom is more rather than heart related. Bronchitis and allergies when uncontrolled can cause worsening inflammation in lungs. And this can cause burning type of sensation. So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). PFT will tell you about severity of inflammation. On the basis of PFT values, treatment is advised. Inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) are treatment of choice. So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
