What Causes Burning Sensation While Urination?

I am men of 31 years old. have been suffering heat under my both foot, there is also lots of heat in the body too that s for last five to six years.now for last 6 days I am having burning sensation when passing my urine. plus also noitced that I do discharge which mucus liquid. it also happens by itself which is not under my control.have my diabetics check up and its normal but urine has white residue. I do not have enough strength during day time. all blood test done and were normal. previously all happened but pwith some treatment it relieved , also premature ejaculation TAKES PLACE TOO.

As a infection control specialist first I answered about your urine problem .Burning during urination with mucus discharge is a symptom of infection .Urinary tract infections are common in diabitics .The investigation you have undergone dosent rule out your current problem hence further you should undergone urine examination for Culture and sensitivity testing along with routine and Microscopy . It will diagnosed the cause of UTI(Urinary tract infection)
.You should collect first early morning midstream urine specimen in a sterile container when you are not taking any antibiotic and sent it for investigation as early as possible .When you got the report communicate with me to know the right Medicaltion for it .
The other problem which you are having are mainly the manifestation of Daibetic neuropathy for which you should control your sugar level and consult to diabetologist .
