General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Suggestive of urine infection. Based on the given history you seem to be suffering from symptoms suggestive of lower urinary tract infection. I advise you to take Nitrofurantoin along with disodium hydrogen citrate (citralka) syrup for the eradication of the infection. Take plenty of oral fluids as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
