What Causes Burning Sensation Post Intercourse In Females?
I am a 62 year old, healthy, post menaposal female. Lately, I have been experiencing a burning sensation after intercourse. I use KY liquid lubricant prior to intercourse. I always shower afterwards. This helps the burning but it will last for a few hours before it goes back to normal. Any suggestions?

I really appreciate your concern, because of the dryness of vagina such symptoms are very likely and you have to use some lubricant or local hormone preparation but for that you have to see the gynecologist, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
