General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to inflammatory conditions like plantar fasciitis. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated. In that case you might require steroid injection to the sole.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
