my daughter has a history ganglion cyst ..she had 2 surgeries it ;;;;but it came back again her doctor is recemment a other dr. that can lookat her side of foot arch,,,,shes got a lot of burn sensations,,she had.....what can be helpful,.
It could be due to inflammatory conditions like plantar fasciitis. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated. In that case you might require steroid injection to the sole.
