What Causes Burning Sensation On Face And Tingling Sensation On Body?

Hi - over the last several weeks my face has felt like its on fire. Constant burning sensation. I haven t been out in the sun and don t have sunburn. When I touch my face it seems warm but not the way it feels on the inside . The only way I can describe it is, I feel like the nerve endings are on fire and its on the inside of my body..some tingling. Anyway, now its not just my face it s my neck, chin and sometimes my shoulders. (Mainly though just my face and neck). I am often putting ice on my face to help cool me down. What could be causing this issue. I won t have health insurance until 10/1 is this something that can wait?
