What Causes Burning Sensation On Ear,sore Throat And Swollen Lymphnodes?

Hi. I am 31 yrs old. I have been having a burning sensation in my left ear/jaw after eating off and on for several weeks. This weekend I developed a sore throat, swollen lymphnodes on the left, fever around 100.7, neck pain, headaches, generalized tiredness. MD put me on antibotic for strep sat. I have taken 5 does and still have fever 100.4. Swelling has gone down but I now have a knot on the underside of left jaw, still hurts when swallow, burning in ear but mostly jaw pain when moving mouth. my face is not swollen but wondering if this could be related to wisdom tooth (the upper left was removed due to impaction 3 yrs ago but the bottom is still under the gum). Dentist sd in April it would need to come out but looked ok for now.... I also smoke.
