Hi There

Dear I understood your concern and I want to tell you burning in pelvic area depends on many factors during pregnancy. Grnerally in second trimester women begin to secrete relaxin which can lead to burning sensation that is normal.

But if the burning sensation is constant and worsens with time then it's time to make a call with your treating obstetrician because it can be a yeast infection or urinary tract infection that is very common in pregnancy.

Good Luck
