Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Vaginal burning could be due to vaginal dryness or dermatitis or vulvo-vaginitis or vulvo-vaginal candidiasis.

Since you had already done all scan including urine culture testing then there is no point in further investigations.

However, you can go for complete medical history and thoroughly clinical examination by dermatologist or your gynecologist and swab test for microscopic test.

Meanwhile, you should start this symptomatic treatment like,

1) Wash vagina with soap and water
2) Moisturizer creams or lubricants
3) Don't wear tight clothing instead wear loose fitting undergarments.
4) Avoid using talcum powder,irritant soaps,bath oils,
5) You can take antibiotics and continue anti-fungal tablets or topical creams or ointments.

Your doctor will give you advice regarding pregnancy planning since you have a PCOD.

So,better to consult your gynecologist or dermatologist if problem persists even after symptomatic treatment.
