General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The commonest causes of burning pain in the throat are:
-Gastroesophageal reflux disease GERD
- Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease LRPD
- Local pharyngitis
- Allergic problems of the throat.
-Stress and anxiety add on the problems.

I would advise you the following:
Get upper GI Endoscopy and Pharyngoscopy.
PPI like Omeprazole,
Antacid liquids
Domperidone or such motility regulator
Control of stress and anxiety
Soft bland diet.
