Understand your concern
Burning sensation in urethra during the urination suggests urinary tract infection (urethritis, cystitis).
I would suggest to undergo urine microscopic, culture report to confirm the infections.
Doctor will give following advice:
Tablet septran and nitrozolium, syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry and orange.
Take sitz bath with added betadine.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene and empty the bladder completely.
