General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to acid reflux, esophagitis and ulceration in esopahgus. I would suggest to consult a gastroenterologist as ealry as possible and undergo endoscopy, esophageal pH and manometry for further management.

Following treatment will help you:

- Tablet esmoprazole plus domperidone
- Syrup mucaine
- Tablet metoclopromide at bed time can be useful

Avoid spicy and heavy meal. Eat diet like banana, apple sauce, boiled rice, yogurt and buttermilk. Other treatment will depend on specific cause and test result.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
