What Causes Burning Sensation In The Stomach?

Hi Doctor,Am yet to do my pregnancy test but I doubt that I may be pregnant 3 weeks now.Haven t had anything this morning till 2 pm in the afternoon and my stomach is burning like anything.Is it only out of hunger or due to some other symptoms relating to pregnancy.Also want to know if something might have happened to my baby inside if at all there is one.Thanks
