from the above mentioned history it gives a picture of urinary tract infection..as you mentioned your daibetic as well as hypertensive and recent history of stroke its better to avoid fluroquinolones like ciprofloxacin and choose other antibiotics like t.taxim 0 200mg twice daily for 5 days...
