What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis During Erection?

I have burning pain when I get an erection only. All other times things seem completely normal. No discharge or sore urinating is fine only when I get an erection sensitive to the touch . Once I ejaculate everything is fine again? Any idea what this is?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
This kind of pain on erection is common.
It is muscular type of pain. Erection causes increased blood supply to penile vessels and this will cause enlargement of penile muscles. Increased blood supply also causes tightening and stouting of penile muscles. These cause pain in some men and this pain gradually subside with time.
No need to worry for infection or any other diseases as you are not having discharge or pain while urination.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
