General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There can be possible inflammation of the bladder musculature to some extent or involvement of sphincter through BCG vaccine intra vesically

* In my clinic, I recommend an evaluation with diagnostic cystoscopy for best results and management.

Primary relief with urinary alkaliser and analgesic with plenty of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
