hi...im 20years old and i moved too Canada last year from Nigeria and since then things haven t gone well with my body.last year around september i noticed this burning that comes up n goes in my skin, sometimes when i get night mares, when i m in a hot environment, if i m anxious or scared about doing something. This burning in my skin has lasted since last year n i have taken several medications and i have consulted doctors but still same old story. i feel isolated by the burning cause its so bad that i get sacred of the next time it comes up.
Hi. As per your case history of burning skin, my treatment advice is - 1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk. 2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily. 3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months. 4. Other treatment options are oral gabapentin, injectable vitamin b12 given only after consulting a dermatologist.
