What Causes Burning Sensation In My Stomach And Bleeding After Stopping Lansoprazole?

Last month I was bleeding in the stool, I had no pain just blood I inmediatly went to ER and they did a cat scan everything was fine they said , they just gave me antibiotics that's it ,,, I supposed I bleed because the iboprufen I was taking 3 times a day but then after leaving the ER that day I was still bleeding I deside to buy lansoprazole and the bleeding was all gone also the acid feeling , it's been like a month and a half taking lansoprazole and my left leg is now feeling weird if I move my leg to fast it hurts then I get this feeling of something stretching a lot n it hurts . But if I try to stop taking lansoprazole I bleed again and get a horrible pain next to my belly button and on all the right side of my abdomen and part of the right side of my back , and also feel a burning sensation in my stomach when laying down ....can u help me please....

Hi,
Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
The cause of burning sensation in your stomach is due to acidity and in such people if you take ibuprofen 3 times daily it leads to gastric erosion and bleeding.
Lansaprozole reduces the acidity hence the stomack pain is relieved and
the only thing you do is to change your life style.
Take small frequent bland diet,avoiding chillies and spices as well as hot foods.
Avoid smoking and alcohol.
Try to be free from tension and worry as it is psychosomatic disease.
