What Causes Burning Sensation In Lower Abdomen And Nausea?

Time to time I m getting upset stomach. basically i feel look like small burn from my lower stomach. also look like I feel that I want to vomit . some times this pain coming from my back side also. Is this symptom of gastritis or do I have any kidney issue? Because of this I met a doctor and he checked my kidneys and told me that there is no any issue with my kidney. But still time to time I m getting this stomach pain and side pain.

Hello
As per the description of your clinical symptoms, (although your kidneys are evaluated) it seems that you have Urinary tract infection.
To rule this out you need to do urineanalysis ( urine for Routine examination and Culture sensitivity ). If any pathogen is detected you need to consult your Doctor to select an antibiotic along with some other medications to alkalinise your urine. There should be also plenty of water intake.

You may also need to do a USG of whole abdomen ( more specifically KUB region ) to rule out any pathology ( most likely any calculi in the KUB region) which also present with similar symptoms. If found, you need to consult a Doctor ( Urosurgeon- if any renal pathology found) for further evaluation and management. ( surgery may be required depending on the size of the calculi- if detected )

Another possibility is that you might have colitis. For this you need to visit an gastroenterologist to rule out the pathology, further evaluation and management.

Thank you.
