Hello, Yesterday, I did a deep clean of our bathroom, and I may have used too much bleach. I let the bleach sit for about 15 mins and had to leave the bathroom from the smell, I was also getting lightheaded, and a burning feeling in my eyes, nose and chest. Today when i woke up my throat hurt so bad on the left along with my nose and left ear, I have a little mucus as well, I tried taking cold and flu meds, Tylenol, Hott tea, soup,a nap and A vitamin C packet but nothing helped now it is night time and all the same symptoms are on my right side. Could This be a side effect to the bleach ? Trying to determine if I am in fact sick with a cold or if this is common after cleaning with too much bleach. Thank you for any feedback
