What Causes Burning Sensation In Chest With Difficulty In Swallowing?
Hi.. I am suffering from Lax Les, O.G Junction - 38 cms. I don t have GERD. My height - 178 cms and weight - 75 kgs. I have burning sensation in my chest. No difficulty in swallowing. Has underwent endoscopy too . I don t have chest pain too .. I realise burning sensation for past 2 weeks. Is this serious?. Can Lax Les be cured permanently?. And weather LES can be strenghted without a surgery?. I am on my proper diet too .. Can LES get back to normal ? Thanks in advance ..
Lower esophageal sphincter lax may lead to acid reflux into chest lead to pain at center of the chest. It may be repaired by fundoplication surgery or sphincter repair.
Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. If symptoms don't improve, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
