What Causes Burning Sensation In Bladder After Sex?

This is actually not with my but my GF (22) has had issues with 'bladder' burning after sex. And intense burning when urinating after sex, (and when dehydrated) She drinks a lot of water and we have tried Condom, No Condom, Lube, and no lube and yet it still persists. We even take a shower before intercourse.
