What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?
Sometimes when I pee after a workout it burns. Always just the first pee. It doesn t happen other times. I workout hard. I lift weight first and by the time I m done with that my shirt is covered in sweat. Then I do 30 minutes of cardio. I drink water during.

Heavy work outs causes strong muscular damage ( specially red muscle fibers).. the myoglobulin in the fiber gets excreted through urine... so the burning after first urination after hard work out.
The appearance of red urine is in a way alert ring to decrease the work out.
