What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

I ve been to the doctor for a burning sensation when I pee. There is apprantly no infection and the doctor sent my sample to a lap to get tested for chlamydia, which also came back negative. The doctor gave me a pill that works great for skin due to the fact that it may be a cut or something in my urine track. It has been 3 days since the pill and it still sort of burns when I pee. I also find that the hole on my penis itches a little too. Any suggestion let me know please.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Following are the reasons for burning sensation during urination:
1. Urinary tract infection
2. Urinary tract stone
3. Enlarged prostate

So do the following test:
1. Urine report

Take following advice:

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
