What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

I feel burning sensation while peeing n when I wiped my bottom I saw blood .. I feels to do pee after a second of peeing ...and I can t hold my pee for a second... Because of this I can t sleep well can you plz tell me that is this the symptoms of any disease?

These are lower urinary tract symptoms.you can take tab Trimethoprim 160mg +Sulphamethaxazole 400mg twice daily for 3 days which will releive symptoms.If symptoms doesnot subside even after 3 days, a urine Culture & sensitivity test is required to prescribe a suitable Antibiotic.
