Hello and welcome to HCM,
Discharge from urethra, accompanied by tickling sensation and initial burning sensation is suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI).
Examination of the urethral discharge is required to look for evidence of infection.
In case there is evidence of infection, a urine culture will be required.
Depending on the growth obtained on urine culture and drug sensitivity, appropriate antibiotic will be started.
Till the time treatment is started, the discharge disappears and other symptoms also disappear unprotected sex should be avoided since the infection can transmit by sexual route.
In case your partner is also experiencing similar symptoms, she should also take up a urine examination to look for evidence of infection.
Consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus treatment.

Thanks and take care
