Hi , I'm dr.Fahad Khan. i have read your case and I'll try my best to be of utmost help.
Firstly i would like to know if you are experiencing any flank pain or not? if yes, does it radiate to back??
Secondly, i would advise you to take a Urine R/E test and an x-ray KUB needs to be done to rule out any stones/calculi in the urinary tract.
You could be having a urinary tract infection for which you need to take an antibiotic (Ciprofloxacin × twice daily)for 14 days .
It is highly unlikely that by pressing the penis by that little force you traumatized it and that caused the bleeding (as you were suspecting ).
Meanwhile you should consult a nephrologist for further workup.
Regards.
