What Causes Burning Pain In The Breast?

I have a burning pain in my right breast especially in the nipple area. I had a ultra sound and mammogram done and they came back normal. The doctor put me on antibiotics and it doesn t seem to be doing much better. Is it possible to have sudden nerve damage! This all started about a week ago.

Burn in pain in right side of chest may be due to gas and acidity id, all reports are normal.
You need to take precautions for same. Acidity can be prevented by the following methods:
Don’t consume spicy food
Eat more fruits and vegetables
Eat small, regular meals
Consume your last meal at least a few hours before sleeping
