What Causes Burning Pain In The Area Of Needle Insertion For Blood Donation?
I just donated blood and have given blood for over 20 years but this time it burned the minute she put the needle in my arm and it still burns to the right of the injection site. What might be the problem? She offered to take the needle out but I told her as long as the blood was flowing I would suck it up and take the pain. Have you ever heard of such an odd thing?
