I have the best ever, clinically proven, solution to your problem. If you are obese, start reducing weight. You will see miracles coming to your health and life. Your goal is 10,000 Steps at a healthy pace no matter you are obese/overweight or not.

Keep a healthh diet, low proteins and fats, more vegetables and salads, more fruits and plain water. Avoid energy drinks and sodas and junk foods.

Take Omeprazole before breakfast to relieve the stomach issues. Take short small meals. Don't stuff your stomach. Drink water 1 hour before or 1 hr after the meals only. Never take it with meals.
