What Causes Burning Pain In Neck Along With Difficulty During Bowel Movement?

Hi, I have had a burning pain in my pelvis area on the right hand side, just above my groin for 2 weeks now. It has come and gone but has but been none stop the last two days and it keeps me awake at night. I have had problems with my feet as they are at different degree different angles and I am seeing an orthotic specialist. I have been suffering from tendonitis as a result of this. I saw my GP last week and she thinks it’s my hip due to my foot condition. However, the pain feels higher up than where my hip and the pain has become more frequent. Today, I started feeling a burning pain at the back of my neck. It lasted about ten mins. It’s was the same feeling. I don t know if it s related. I’ve been in pain when urinating and during bowel movement.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the time such pain could be due to spinal degenerative disease and it needs to be ruled out better to get done the CT of spinal column till then try to maintain good posture during sleep and Tab Diclofenac 50m mg once in day can be tried hope this information helps.
