Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have pain when I finish urinating but it is not every time I urinate. I have had 1 UTI in the past and I had the urgency, pain the entire time I urinated, and I was only urinating a small amount each time. The only symptoms I have this time is a burning/stinging pain when I finish urinating but not necessarily every time I urinate. I do have a dull ache in my lower stomach but that may just be in my head because I am concerned about having a UTI.
hello, i can understand your concern about your health. i would like to know the age and sex of you(i couldnt get the information from the question) you seem to be having urinary tract infection. i would advice a complete urine examination with culture sensitivity of the urine to prescribe an antibiotic for the same. you should drink plenty of fluids(minimum of 4 to 5 litres) a day. i would advice an urine alkaliser like syrup citralka (10ml to mixed in glass of water three times a day) to reduce the symptoms you have been facing. this should help resolve the problem. do get back to us with the investigation reports for further management. hope you are satisfied with the response. thanks for choosing HCM
