What Causes Burning In Vagina, Pain In Groin And Frequent Urination?

I need to know if I have a bladder infection or a vaginal yeast infection. I am not completely sure. I am prone to bladder infections but myvagina also burns some. I have pain in my groin area. I also have to pee a lot and it burns when I do but I don't see any blood. Urine is definitely cloudy though. There is no discharge but I just don't feel well in general

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for asking on HealthcareMagic.com, providing better healthcare for you. I have gone through your case and I can understand your concern. Based on your history it may be urinary tract infection or/and kidney stone. You said that you're prone to bladder infections, so it's better for you to have an urinanalysis & urine culture before starting antibiotics. An abdominal ultrasound will evaluate if there are kindey stones. Repeat urine cultures and sensitivity after an antibiotic course is complete (approximately
2–4 weeks after therapy is completed).

Also some general measures are very helpful:
1. Increase fluids and drink at least one large glass of liquid every hour.
2. Avoid foods that irritate the bladder: caffeine, alcohol, tomatoes, citrus,
and spicy foods.
3. Drink cranberry juice to help fight bladder infections. If you
dislike the taste of plain cranberry juice, mix it 1:1 with another juice, such
as orange juice.
4. Take Advil 400mg three times daily for the pain.
