What Causes Burning In Urethra Along With Pain In Scrotum?

Hi.. Im a 29 years male, virgin but do masterbate like once or twice a week. Since childhood, I have been experiencing burning micturition which I had been adapted to. Few months ago, there were 2 or 3 incidences of urgency and sometimes few blood drops after peeing (but no blood now). Also, for 3 weeks now Ive been experiencing burning sensation in my urethera, sometimes not related to micturition and few drops of yellowish green discharge Ive been noticing in my underwear which im not accustomed to.. Also I feel recurrent pain in the left scrotum..and had one or 2 pernieum dragging like pain. Can someone help me with these symptoms because Im getting worried.

Hello dear

Understand your concern.

I think you are suffering from chronic urinary tract infection : postatitis, urethritis and that extends up to epididymis.

Take following advice.

Do the following test:
Blood: CBC, ESR, Glucose, Urea, PSA
Urine : routine and microscopic examination
Gram stain and culture : swab taken from the urethra.
Prostate and pelvic examination

Advice is below.
1. Tablet cefuroxime 400 mg two times a day for 7 days
2. Tablet Dan -P three times a day for pain
3. Tablet cetrizine 4 mg once daily
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Eat fruits like papaya, orange, pomegranate, watermelon and grapes.
6. You can apply warm pad to the scrotum
7. Do not delay in urinating

If not resolves in seven days
You can take injection ceftriaxone intramuscular/intravenous
