Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to side effects of the medications that you're using. So, I suggest to use Prilosec daily in the morning before breakfast. I also suggest using Maalox three times a day. I recommend to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms such as spicy food. I also suggest to avoid too much caffeine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
