Hi Doc, I have a really bad itch between my thighs and my vagina, its hurts a lot when I scratch and leaves rips on the skin there. It also produces moisture when I scratch. It is a kind of burning feeling which is very painful.what can be the cause of this? And what should I do to make it stop?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
With what you are mentioning it seems most likely to be a fungal infection.
I would recommend using miconazole skin cream which is available over-the-counter. Apply it two times a day for five to seven days and you should be fine.
