I have notices a few little bumps that have occurred along the middle of the penis and they go from the top to the base I can feel about 4 of them ATM and when erect they become bigger they are under the skin they do not hurt no color or any thing when erect I pushed on the biggest lump and felt like it burst and was just fluid but it returned I have only noticed it for a few days now what is it???
