What Causes Bumps On The Forearm And Below The Ribs?

i have three bruises i do not remember injuring myself, one is large, and started as a blue raised lump then became a bruise all three have a little ball like bump in them, 2 are on the under side of my forearm and one right below my ribs i am wondering if i should be concerned

Hi.
As per your case history you are probably having insect bite dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
