Hello,

Bump on your right side of the lower rib may be any of the following:
1) Lumps arising from skin and subcutaneous tissues like:
Lipoma
Neurofibroma
Ganglion cyst
Lymphoma
2) Lumps on right upper side of abdomen that include:
Enlarged Liver
Hepatic cysts
Hepatic nodules
3) Costochondritis or inflammation of of cartilage that connects rib to the breast bone

Only by clinical examination in person and ultrasound imaging if necessary can help in diagnosis of the lump. Hence, please do consult a surgeon for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
