Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

I would keep a possibility of Herpes genitalis, judging from the way you have described the appearance of the lesions. Herpes clinically presents as discrete, grouped erosions/ulcers with well defined edges and clean base(unless infected). The symptoms are usually burning and pan and there is often enlarged regional lymph nodes.

I would suggest that you see a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as get your blood tested for HIV and HSV, as would be appropriate.

Treatment of herpes is with oral antiviral like acyclovir or famciclovir.

regards
