What Causes Bumps On Lips After Eating Meat?

Hi! I was eating some chicken and had a beef burger before that. While eating, my lip started having bumps. They felt like insect bites. 3 of them. They continue to grow slowly for the past hour. I don't know if it's an allergy or what. Hope you can help. I might be panicking in my head. Thanks

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain it seems like allergic reaction to any of the food ingredient leading to formation of bumps over the lips..

You need not to panic, take anti-allergics like Benadryl or levocetrizine..
Do cool compresses over lips..
Apply Steroid ointment over the bumps..

In case of recurring episodes you can undergo allergic testing like food challenge test to rule out the exact cause of allergic reaction and avoid eating those foods to prevent allergic reaction..
