What Causes Bumps On Head?

So I have three bumps on my head. The first two are on the top of my head. When I push on them it just hurts. The last one is on the back of my head. When I push on them I feel dizzy and I experience blurred vision. The bumps have been there for about five months. I don t know what it is.

Hello!

Thank you for your question on HCM! I appreciate your concern.

There are many causes of bumps on your head, related to the skin, soft tissues, bones or the meninges.

It may be a tumorigenic, an infection or just inflammation of one of the above mentioned structures. The fact that it causes blurring vision when pressed is a little concerning.

I would recommend you to consult with your GP and have a careful physical examination, a routine blood analysis for infection or inflammation, and a scull xray.

A brain CT scan may be necessary to examine them better.

Hope to have been of help!

Greetings! Dr.Aida
