What Causes Bumps On Either Side Of The Clitoris In A 5 Year Old?
My 5 year old daughter complains when we wash her vagina and I gently cleaned with wet cotton balls and she said it hurts. I pulled back the hood of the glans clitoral to find two small white bumps on either side of the center of the clitoris. They wouldn t wipe off and she said it hurt for me to do so. What could this be?

Hi,
It seems that these sores might be due to some infection on the part like intestinal worms coming out and migrating to lower vaginal tract or might be having poor local hygiene.
Clean local part daily with plane water while giving shower.
Go for stool test for ova and cyst,
Prevent her to play in the dust and wear short having elastic on both thigh sides.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
